Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系碩士班 === 95 === This research tended to investigate the relationship between job demands, job resources and burnout for the employee of semiconductor assembly & testing industry in Taiwan. Three major inventories-- Job demands, Job resources and Burnout, were constructed in this research. The data were collected from the employees in a semiconductor assembly and testing company by using the three inventories mentioned previously. The questionnaire investigation method was utilized in this study. Through random sampling, 360 questionnaires were drawn for conducting a field test. Totally, 356 copies of questionnaire were received. Among these questionnaires, 349 effective copies were generated. The research hypothesis was testified on these data by means of varieties of methods including factor analysis, multivariate variance analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, canonical correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and path analysis.
After analyzing the data of questionnaires, five conclusions can be drawn and listed as follows:
1. Under different characteristic variables considerations, job demands, job resources and burnout exist signification difference in the employee of Taiwan’s semiconductor assembly and testing company.
2. The time-pressure, physical working condition, shift-work of job demands, and burnout exist positive correlation in the employee of Taiwan’s assembly and testing company.
3. Job demands and the job control, possibility for development, salary and rewards, social support of job resources exist negative correlation in the employee of Taiwan’s assembly and testing company.
4. Job resources and burnout exist negative correlation in the employee of Taiwan’s assembly and testing company.
5. In the employee of Taiwan’s assembly and testing company, the job demands and job resources can predict burnout.
