In recent years, the fire field and temperature analysis by computer simulation to predict the actual situation in disaster area is very popular by most researchers. However regarding manufactures an actual situation the simulator, studies the scene of a fire the real situation, then the domestic market is still not have a similar product. Therefore, it is a strong desired to design such product. In this research, our main work is to establish a fire combustion chamber as a simulator, carries on the actual scene of a fire the simulation. Moreover, we hoped this fire simulator be owned the commercialized potential. It not only provides with the training purposes for the fire disaster relief personnel, but also can provide the scene of a fire situation data to give the academic circles in using of the research. Therefore, the main contribution of this work is to set up the hardware of structural design and manufacture for fire simulator, security of supervisory system for fire simulator, and scene of a fire situation simulation test.
