| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 文化資產研究所 === 95 === From 1981, Yi-Lan county has been through the interior administration of the opposition party for 24 years. There were three praefects who had different regnal style but had one thing in common and attained to a highly reputation. That is the conduction of Yi-Lan county area couture.
During those time, the author participated manys of discussion and gradualy started to build up sort of ideas which combined with practical experience and now are listed in follow :
- Reserching in the definition of "Historical Area" and "Commensal Conservation". Through several dispute of problems of conservation happened in Yi-Lan and Ja-Yi county, we could realize the rationality that the ideas of "Historical Area" and "Commensal Conservation" works well together.
- Retracing the conservation development of historical area in Yi-Lan county, from the time of Ching dynasty to the time of the opposition party mentioned before (also called DPP), each step had differential strategies. Especially in the time of under administration of Japan government and during the period of Yi-Lan cultural prosperity advanced by DPP, the conservation development had boost to a huge success.
- Discussing the case of the mire of conservation of historical area in Yi-Lan county recently, here comes new strategies within practical move and giving inspiration in two ways: the one is the education of the conception of historical area conservation, the other is building of the condition of historical area conservation. Therefore we are able to expect the development of historical area conservation will extend to everyone's participation and become a trend from the bottom of everyone's heart.
