Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 95 === The aim of this study is the application of photoplethysmopgraphy during the Valsalva maneuver and use a experimentation , which is by forced expiration for 5 seconds with the aim of reaching a pressure of 40 mmHg , to record the data and analyze cardiovascular parameters.
We use the measured waves of instruments to analysis parameters. a/b ratio is the ratio of the highest peak value between the wave of window A and the wave of window B. The ratio of the second highest peak value between the wave of window A and the wave of window B is called c/d ratio. We get a vascular reflection index (RI) from c/a ratio of the wave of window A. This study call this parameter is RIA. We get a vascular reflection index (RI) from d/b ratio of the wave of window B. This study call this parameter is RIB . We also use the subject’s height to get two vascular stiffness index (SI) from the wave of window A and the wave of window B. This study call them are SIA and SIB.
According to six parameters in this study, we analyze the relationships between male and female which both are 20~29 years old, 30~39 years old, 40~49 years old, 50~59 years old, 60~69 and above 70 years old. By the statistics of data, we find all kinds of parameters are increasing if person's age is growing. This result can proof the feasibility of this study.
