Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 95 === Abstract Due to tougher regulations on the current harmonics, many studies on switch-mode rectifiers (SMR) have been presented recently. Among various switch mode rectifiers, the three-phase six-switch topology is commonly used for high-power applications due to its good current quality and high reliability. The hard-switching operations for power switches result in low efficiency and high EMI emission. In this thesis, we study and realize the soft-switching technology to implement a 7kW three-phase switch-mode rectifier. High efficiency, high power factor, and low EMI emission can be achieved. Experimental results for a laboratory prototype are measured and discussed in detail. The results are satisfactory.
