| Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 95 === In this thesis, we propose some methods to improve the decoding procedure of internet low bit rate codec (iLBC), such that we can get better speech performance in medium to high packet loss conditions. We use interpolation method to reconstruct the LSF coefficients and residual signals of loss packet. This will introduce one more block delay, but get better speech performance. Hence it is a tradeoff. From simulation, we can get better speech quality in medium to high packet loss conditions through subjective listening test and SNR.
