Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 商業設計研究所 === 95 === This main purpose of this research is focused on generalizing the website interface and the design principle. Meanwhile this research also studied the relationship between the principle of the design of website interface and the learning satisfaction of E-learning, which was based on learning theory and usability. All samples of questionnaires were came from the students of Chung Yuan Christian University who had ever participated in i-learning course. Data was collected from a completed survey by students and sampling by cluster sampling. There are totally 229 effective questionnaires. According to the study, the experiences of usability of website interface were different depending on different time and places for college students studying by e-learning. As for learning satisfaction, there were difference accompanied with major, experience of e-learning, time and places for students studying on website. Moreover, principle of the design of website interfaces and usability of website interface have shown significant positive correlation. A stepwise regression analysis revealed that “usability of website interface” is influenced by the phenomenon of “Clear visual orientation and unduly graphic motion”. On the other hand, “Internet bandwidth and complete design” and “Layout and color design style of website” also affect the “usability of website interface”. There three factors explain the total variance 0.818, that means predicting 81.8% of the variation amount of college students’ experience of usability of website interface. Secondly, “learning satisfaction” is influenced by the phenomenon associated with “Clear visual orientation and unduly graphic motion”. Besides, the “Layout and color design style of website” and “The internet bandwidth and complete design.” also affect the “learning satisfaction”. The three factors yield a variance of 0.565, that means predicting 56.5% of the variation amount of college students’ learning satisfaction for e-learning. Therefore, in this article, may get implications for future website interface designer for network instruction. According to research outcomes, there is a need to emphasize clear visual orientation of website and don’t use the unduly graphic motions or dynamic effect to decrease the interference with website interface usability and increase the learning satisfaction for e-learning. Finally, because the scope of the study is confined to i-learning course of Chung Yuan Christian University, follow up the study, one may suggest future study to connect with other existing excellent websites of instruction, to broaden the scope of the study level of e-learning and to establish a standardized design model.
