Description
Summary:博士 === 中原大學 === 工業工程研究所 === 95 === The semiconductor related industry is not only the engine of economic development and the trade pillar but also the power of accomplishing modernization in Taiwan. In order to cope with the market changes, the applications of information technology seem to be more and more important. As a result, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has received considerable attention. ERP is a management information system which can optimize the distribution of enterprise resources and integrate all the business resources. Furthermore, ERP system will enable enterprise to make use of resources fast and effectively to improve its operational performance and enhance its competitiveness. Currently, most of researches have focused on the satisfaction study of the software usage in the field of the introducing ERP system to the semiconductor related industry. This is because most sub items of ERP are difficult to quantize and the analysis tool is still not complete in convenience and rationality. Therefore, this study employs the Performance Evaluation Matrix (PEM) as a foundation and utilizes the concept of Taguchi quality loss function to analyze each item. The key success factors are analyzed with QFD and Choquet Integral. Finally, the weight judgment is done with FMEA, SPSS and fuzzy measure methods increase the analytical accuracy. Besides, this study presents a set of standardized procedure to assess the problem happened during ERP implementation. Administrator can propose an improved scheme and strategy by only observation the position of each item in the PEM via this approach. The PEM of this study not only replies the real situation during the introduction of ERP but also helps the administrator to improve the enterprise performance. The approach presented in this research has been approved which is truly effective for business. It is hoped that this study can serve as references for other enterprises when introducing ERP.
