Summary: | 碩士 === 建國科技大學 === 自動化工程系暨機電光系統研究所 === 96 === The use of plastics makes people convenient. The non-degradable property of plastics draws many researchers’attention to solve it. A degradable material, Polylactic Acid (PLA) offers an alternative to solve the problem. In this study, the influence of injection parameters including injection speed, injection pressure and mold temperature on the impact strength of PLA is implemented. A specimen with length of 90mm, width of 40 mm and thickness of 3 mm is investigated. First, the predicted condition of injection process is approached by using a CAE mold, then an experiment is proceeded to validate the difference between theoretical result and experimental result. The result shows that high mold temperature can improve the residual stress of the specimen and reinforce the impact strength at high injection speed.
