This study aims to explore peoples’ demands, cognitive assessment and expectation of healthcare services under the family physician system for evaluating the effectiveness of the family physician system in the remote area for better resolution of the problem of the accessibility of the system. Conclusions: Based on the results, we conclude that with the family physician system having been executed, the healthcare accessibility and utilization can be enhanced. With the long-term execution of the system, the preventive medical care can be thoroughly improved for better preventive care as well as therapy. The final goal of this project can amend the insufficiency of accessibility of the family physician system in the remote area.
