Description
Summary:碩士 === 嘉南藥理科技大學 === 化妝品科技研究所 === 95 === Seeking beauty is the nature of all humans and pursuing the whitening of skin is the basic requirement of eastern customers who uses cosmetics. Vitamin C is reported as the ingredient for not only inhibiting septicemia but also inhibiting the biosynthesis of melanin in skin. Therefore, vitamin C is widely used in cosmetics as whitening ingredients. Because the instability and fast oxidation of vitamin C, some derivatives of vitamin C are developed as raw materials of whitening cosmetics. Ascorbic acid 2- glucoside (AA2G) is one of Vitamin C derivatives, which is consisted of vitamin C and glucose and considered as a new type raw material with stable and safety for whitening cosmetics. The purpose of this study is to develop a method of high-performance liquid chromatography conveniently, environmental friendly and accurately, to test the placement stability of vitamin C and ascorbic acid 2 glucoside and to research the study of percutaneous penetration and infiltration rate. The result will assess and develop the formula of cosmetics containing vitamin C and ascorbic acid 2-glucoside as whitening ingredients.
