Therefore, the precision in SSC plays a significant role in controlling the quality and progress of any construction project. In the form of written document, this paper presents the often seen problems in executing the precision of SSC. In addition, information extracted from interviews with exports, along with virtual constructing and constructed cases added, problems and factors affecting the precision in the related interfaces of construction was summed up, also strategies was brought up to offer improvements. Findings in this study: 1. Being analysed and clarified, this case study indicates that the process of executing the construction precision control can be divided into four major factors: “accuracy in products”, “construction plans”, “construction techniques” and “construction conditions”. Also, the often seen problems are condensed into 16 items. On top of these, research shows that interfaces occurring in the construction process could be reduced through drawing up strategies to cope with these frequent problems in advance. 2. With investigation and verification conducted by exports, generalizing the contents in the construction precision control, and mapping out possible measures against problems, it is likely to enhance the precision, and providing something for the reference of later construction projects. 3. By comparing the frequency and the importance of the problems, we obtained some key factors, which can be referable for the later construction projects. Scheming with them, the quality of construction can be improved as well.
