Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 機械與航太工程研究所 === 95 === This research is to investigate the laser, especially the multi-element laser, alignment technologies and the laser opto-mechanic system design. We use the SolidWorks software draw the laser components, sequentially align in the individual laser components with best alignment technologies. The complete laser configuration deploys 3D views and can be rotate at any line of eye sight. This alignment technologies and the actual laser configuration layout, can help the researchers to design any laser system with excellent simulation and demonstration of the alignment components and procedures. The actual laser configuration and the laser system can be correctly and easily setting-up and optimize to the best lasing output. In our researches, we align the laser with relative theoretical analysis. For the modulated laser outputs, we can design the lasers with possible wavelength modulation from UV to IR, pulse-width modulation down to ultra-short laser pulse and amplify the laser to be the high power laser system. Multi-element laser configuration is the practical laser configuration. The difference from the basic laser configuration to the final multi-element laser configuration can vary from 10 elements to 15 elements, and even to 26 elements. The multi-element expansion is primary due to the laser modulation and the high stability as well good misalignment tolerance and the good laser output beam quality. The extra laser components and its steps required in the multi-element laser configuration are even more difficult. In this thesis we analyze and demonstrate with ultra-short pulse laser system and the high power laser system as example.
