The purpose of this study is "using technology acceptance model to explore the effect of employees' learning motivation on employees' learning satisfaction of e-Learning". Structural Equation Modeling is used to prove hypothesis. Based on a sample of 260 employees taken from HsinChu. This study finds employees' learning motivation had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, intention to use and satisfaction. Perceived usefulness had a significant positive effect on both intention to use and satisfaction. Perceived ease of use had a significant positive effect on both perceived usefulness and satisfaction. Satisfaction had a significant positive effect on intention to use. Finally intention to use had a significant positive effect on actual usage, but the effect of satisfaction on actual usage was not significant. 夏榕文 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 73
