Because Taiwan manufacturer made the ability to research and develop limitedly under time and mostly cost factor are considered .Utilizing the technological transfer has come on short disparity. To promote the competitiveness development, the drive of photoelectric industry has gone between each other. This research of color filter industry has already the main target of Taiwan industry. It is continuously going deep in technological transformation. We shall expect a great research practice results that can be chosen to enterprise’s management tactics that benefited their extent. Collecting documents and correlating with technological transformation is the main research and also need to consult family’s suggestion on how the industry present situation can affect us. Some of the important factor about technological transformation is carrying the technological transformation by weigh of the building and constructing the index, than choose to fill out and answer expert’s questionnaire in the professional manufacturer of color filter industry of each representative ness of Taiwan.
