Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系(所) === 95 === As the industrial globalization and the era of knowledge economy coming, in order to face the challenge and survive, enterprises have to adjust their operation fast and effectively as demands of the market. For those transnational enterprises which transform from technical intensive OEM to knowledge intensive ODM or OBM aggressively, besides applying knowledge management mechanism, the key factor to affect their global layout and management effects is that those enterprises apply the most suitable knowledge management mechanism according to their requirements. The research procedure can be summarized into three categories as follows: First, the research uses literature review and open questionnaire to complete the Analytic Hierarchy Process questionnaire. Second, the AHP is used to evaluate the relative weight of importance for factors and find out the key factors of every transnational enterprise. Third, the content of expert panel meetings is used to verify the results of this research. As to the research findings, they are stated as follows. The key factors and dimensions of knowledge management mechanism are different in the enterprises. The R&D enterprise emphasizes on managing the inner management effects. The OEM enterprise emphasizes on the customer communication system. The results of this research can serve as a reference to other enterprises when choosing knowledge management mechanism.
