It brings complex supplier chain net in front and back ends of IC manufacture. The production operation in IC design houses take almost whole OEM with certain merits (for example, low capital input and flexible operation). But they have not any capacity in their companies, they must face the product risk and can’t control well in the variance and capacities of supplier chain. The RFID application areas are very wide, material- flow management and supplier chain are the biggest platform of RFID technology. The RFID system provides relative article of application object. We describe the application technology by one defined industrial company with “ non- opening area”. The study is research RFID application in IC production domain with opening area and non-opening area. And they will be the referred suggestion for future RFID application for opening area and non-opening area.
