By introducing the machine vision into the sparkplug production that promote the production velocity significantly, also reduce the production cost and raise good rate of the product. The target request of this project under the 30 ms completes the following process. Including electrical-optical sensor to trigger the CCD, binary image, morphology, feature extraction, checking for the presence of a feature using match pattern, reference coordinate definition. locate the gap between the electrodes and measure the width and angle of the gap, spatial calibration to translate the pixel to real-world unit, Output the measurement result to the EXCEL to provide the quality analysis. 劉孝忠 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 64 zh-TW |
