Summary:碩士 === 長庚大學 === 電子工程研究所 === 95 === This thesis presents the development of 2.4GHz CMOS Sensor circuit design for RFID Front-End integration with TSMC 0.18µm CMOS process. The CMOS RFIDs include voltage multiplier、temperature sensor、shunt voltage regulator、voltage reference and photo sensor. Mainlys we design the part which the sensor of transponder chip in RFID. In view of each circuit, we propose in detail description with the discussion and design process. We first simulates each circuit by ADS and HSPICE software tools to obtain the circuit performance. After completing the conformity of each sub-circuits with TSMC 0.18µm 1P6M processes from CIC. Finally; we measure the fabricated chip, the simulation results and measurement data are good agreement.
