Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 護理學研究所 === 95 === This study was to differences in global needs, information sources and satisfactions of breast cancer patients after Autologous Tissue Transfer.
A descriptive and cross-sectional design were adopted. Mail the structured questionnaire to the breast cancer patients after they receive the autologous tissue transfer in a Northern Hospital. We got total 48 subjects to analysis.
Results :
1. The global need of these subjects were 3.44, it means between need and need much. The most were mental function, and then were Physical function, social support and spiritual needs.
2. The comprehend best for needs were mental function, and then were Physical function, spiritual needs and social support.
3. The satisfactions level for needs, spiritual needs were the best and then were the mental function, social support. and Physical function.
4. There is no significant correlation among age, months, and demand for physical, mental, spiritual, and social support in the patient of post reconstruction of breast cancer.
5. The requirement of spiritual needs in the patient of immediate reconstruction is more than delayed reconstruction, but aspect of satisfaction level for needs, the immediate reconstruction is less than delayed reconstruction. There is no significant difference in the level of comprehension.
6. The expectation of information givers in the patient of autologous tissue transfer of breast cancer is notified by doctors first, and then by nurses aspect of medical information. However, they hope the help of families, relatives, or friends aspect of mental and spiritual support.
7. In the topic of actual information givers in the patient of autologous tissue transfer of breast cancer, 50% patients are not notify by anyone in the thirteen content.
8. The requirement of information in months post reconstruction is positive correlation with comprehension of relative information, but negative correlation with patient’s activity.
9. There is significant difference of comparing patient’s level of education, with needs level of physical function, and satisfaction of global needs.
10. There is significant difference of comparing patient’s level of religion marital status, with needs level of physical function
11. There is significant difference of comparing patient’s marital status with needs level of mental function.
