In addition, a sense of totally support on work for employees is greatly needed so that the employee feel comfortable in the enterprise. In the recent years, the relationship between organization/team climate and performance has been emphasized. The present study, using a questionnaire survey, aims to investigate the relationship between team climate and performance under the condition of incentive method and personnel adjustment.
A total of 193 staffs in a pharmaceutical company were recruited. The questionnaires used in this study consisted of organizational environment characteristics, team climate, and job characteristics. A total of 149 effective questionnaires, excluded missing data, were valid for analysis.
The results indicate that there is a significant and positive correlation between the team climate and performance. Therefore, building up a good team climate and tying in cadre developmental plan during various period of business plan is strongly recommended for organizations to achieve outstanding performance.
