Summary: | 碩士 === 長庚大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 95 === This study based on Finite Element method to find out the reason of negative slope while the machine tool has no wearing, and use laser-based ultrasound technique measured the dispersion curve of machine tools. The basic measurement principle is the dispersion behavior of anti-symmetric flexural (ASF) mode of wedge wave influenced by the sharpness of the machine tool. The ASF mode propagating along the tool apex has a negative slope while the machine tool has no wearing. This study created models with different geometry to search the major factor influencing the slope of dispersion curves. Acorrding to the results, the arc of blade is the major factor which influencing the slope of dispersion curves.
