碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 高齡者教育所 === 95 === This study recruited the students of middle-aged and the elderly from community college in Tainan city as subjects, aims at finding out the differences of their creativity . The results of the comparison were explored to give useful information for adult teacher in adult education curriculum planning and teaching techniques. The survey including adult learners scale and individual basic document scale was conducted to collect information. There were 644 samples in this study including the students of middle-aged and the elderly from community college in Tainan city. The results of the statistical analysis were concluded : 1. The creativty of the students in middle-aged and the elderly includes individuality, working attitude, interest, values and intrinsic motive and so on five stratification planes, but is higher by intrinsic motive. 2. The creativity of the students in inmiddle-aged and the elderly had relationship with professional category, study domain , and work period of service . 3. The middle-aged students working attitude creativity is being higher than elderly students. 4. The elderly students interest creativity is being higher than middle-aged students. Base on the results mentioned above, some suggestions were proposed to adult education institutes, adult learners, adult teachers, and future researchers.
