Therefore, how to provide innovative and various employee benefits to attract talents has been a trend. Production or performance is not the only successful factor for running companies, keeping talents within organizations is significant as well. No matter economic or non-economic employee benefits, the business owners never stop thinking for providing innovative and various employee benefits to attract talents. Moreover, to have well employee benefit programs for employees could not only help employees achieving work-life balance, but also enhance labor relations which is no doubt the substantial element for successful companies. The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among the labor welfare, job satisfaction and job performance. The sample consisted of 313 employees of the top one hundred manufacturing industry that investigated by Common wealth magazine in 2006 and each company contains eight questionaries at least. The dataware analyzed by applying statistical methods, including factor analysis, reliability, correlation and multiple regression. Job characteristics moderated the relationship between labor welfare and individual performance, and got the important discoveries are stated separately as follows: 1. From our questioned employees of manufacturing industry, labor welfare and job satisfaction to job performance reveals significantly positive relationship. 2. The interaction of labor welfare and job satisfaction to job performance reveals significantly positive influrence. 3. The interaction of labor welfare and task indentity, variety, and autonomy interference effect to the task performance . 4. The interaction of labor welfare and task indentity and autonomy interference effect to the contextual performance .
