The domestic researches highly skilled foreign workers focus primarily on assessment of government policies. This study intends to discuss highly skilled foreign workers’, multinational employment work history and detect possible problem and influencing factor. The method of depth interview is adopted to collect related information, 20 foreigners who are working or had been worked in the Southern Taiwan Science park were interviewed from March to September in 2006. They are all male, including 6 Americans, 4 Japanese, 3 Netherlanders, 2 Britons, 1 German, 1 Australian, 1 Filipino, 1 Swiss and 1 Singaporean. Major findings are the following: Company assignation and higher salary are the major external influencing factors of the multination work history. The level of education and person volition dominate the personal influencing factor. Highly skilled foreigners usually find their first job and change jobs easily. The working experience of the highly skilled foreign workers across various countries is diversified. In general, they praise the working environment and the quality of life in Singapore and Japan.
