According to the results of this analysis, a curriculum of life education was developed. And evaluate the curriculum effects by doing. Study purpose:The forth grade subject teacher in elementary school studies the issues of life education by action research. To achieve the purpose of curriculum development, she designed the action projects and monitored the process of projects. Rescarch questions: 1. How to study the problems of the forth grade life education development in elementary school by condition analysis ? 2. How to study and answer the forth grade life education development action projects in elementary school? 3. How to monitor the forth grade life education development action projects process in elementary school? 4. How to evaluate and feedback the forth grade life education development action projects results in elementary school? Conclusion: 1.The analysis shows the insufficient of students’ conceptions :Respect and caring, environments protection and resource treasure, gratitude and cherish. It is necessary for the students to precede life education curriculum. 2.The life education development action projects process including:Confirm the conceptions of life education, construct the curriculum purpose of class vision, design the teaching activities and develop the teaching purposes, use the related teaching resources, and correct the curriculum projects. 3. The life education development action projects process including four strategies: Teaching resources based on the stories of picture books, diversification in teaching, connect with life experiences; crate life education environment and address embody methods by action strategy. 4. In this study, the effects are evaluated by students’ learning and teachers’ teaching. Three levels of students’ learning are analysis of students’ documents, interview with teachers, student’s questionnaire analysis. The students have positive development in understanding, emotions, and behaviors. The teaching effects in this study are assessed by individual teaching project and whole teaching. According to the conclusion of this study, there are suggestions for school administration, teachers in life education curriculum, and further research.
