Survey research was conducted in this study. “A Questionnaire of Elementary School Transformational School Leadership and Group Decision Making” was used to survey 842 elementary school decision participants including principals , teachers and parents from Yunlin County, Chiayi County, Chiayi City, Tainan County, and Tainan City. There are 541 valid samples were collected, and the rate of valid samples was 64.25%. Data from the questionnaire was statistically analyzed by Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation and Path Analysis. The conclusions of this study were synthesized as followed: 1.Elementary school decision participants’ perception of transformational school leadership was above average, and “setting directions” was highest. 2.Significant differences were found on the part of elementary school decision participants’ perception of transformational school leadership, given the consideration of decision participants’ demographic variations: sex, ages, service duration, and administrative duties. 3.Elementary school decision participants’ perception of transformational school leadership differs from one another, given the consideration of different school location. 4.Elementary school decision participants’ perception of group decision making was above average, and ”group satisfaction” was lowest. 5.Significant differences were found on the part of elementary school decision participants’ perception of group decision making, given the consideration of decision participants’ demographic variations: sex, ages, service duration, and administrative duties. 6. Elementary school decision participants’ perception of group decision making differs from one another, given the consideration of different school location. 7.There were positive correlations between every subpart of elementary school decision participants’ perception of transformational school leadership and that of group decision making. 8.Transformational school leadership had direct influence on the subdimensions of group decision making, and also brought into impact on group cohesiveness and group satisfaction through the mediation of group communication. Finally, based on those findings, the study suggests some implications of administrative authorities, elementary school principals, teachers, parents and further studies as well. none 林明地 2007 學位論文 ; thesis 244 zh-TW
