To find out the current situation related toMiaoli County elementary school teachers''usage of the system component of the web-based learning community; 2. To find out current situation related toMiaoli County elementary school teachers''professional development; 3. To do research of the relationship between usage and profession of the system component of the web-based learning community from the point of view of an elementary school teacher. The first step of this research is to collectrelated reference data, and major research methodis to adopt questionnaire. This questionnaire ,"Teachers'' usage and profession of the system component of the web-based learning community ", is created basing on research aims, issues, and reference. The research object is elementary school teachers who teaches in Miaoli County. The valid questionnaire is 555 from 700. Gain data with the description statistics, product moment correlation coefficient and multiple regression etc. statistics method, carry on analysis. By statistic analysis, the conclusion and the suggestion of this research are brought out accordingly. The conclusion of this research is as follows: 1. The majority of elementary school teachers of Miaoli County is female. In general, level of education is universityThe time those teachers spend on surfing Internetis 7-14 hours per week. 2.The usage of education network center system function in Miaoli County that elementary school teachers of Miaoli County highly agree to is , making usage of "study further education". 3.Professional development that elementary school teachers of Miaoli County feel satisfied mostly is "Self development". 4. For elementary school teachers of Miaoli County, the usage of network learning community system component is related to their profession development. 5.By using network learning community system components, professional development of elementary school teachers of Miaoli County can be predicted.
