The combined sample of this study includes the elementary school teachers and business employees. And the empirical data is obtained from questionnaires answered by each of the above-mentioned school teachers and business employees regarding flow experiences, creativity and antecedents of flow that they experienced at work. The major empirical findings of this study are as follows. First of all, for the flow experience, it is found that enjoyment、concentration and self-forgetful absorption are the important aspects of flow experience. Secondly, it is evidenced that the perceived core job dimension, the core self-evaluation and the perceived innovative culture are all the antecedents of flow. And, all those three flow antecedents exhibit significant positive effects on individual’s creativity. Furthermore, flow experience also has positive impact on creativity. Finally, for the intermediating role of flow experience, I find that flow experience plays a partial intermediating role for perceived core job dimension but a full intermediating role for both perceived self-evaluation and perceived innovative culture.
