Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 化學工程所 === 95 === This research is to analyze the data of the cell cycle of Saccharimyces by Network Component Analysis and to understand the regulation of the transcription factors during cell cycle. Although transcription factors depend on much gene, we adopt the Principle Component Analysis to get the most important ones. After that, we use the Network Component Analysis to analyze the most important transcription factors. So we can realize the profile of transcription factors changing as necessary and the regulation from the Connectivity Strength. Beside, we adopt the NCA to know the regulation of
the Zebrafish system.
