Taiwan should avoid becoming a border area. This paper uses the CGE model which names GTAP model to evaluate the impact of Taiwan which signs CEPA with China, Hong Kong and Macao. The results of this study are that Taiwan should sign CEPA with China, because of the most economic benefits. Government must join the integration of Asian economy.
