Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊傳播學系 === 94 === With both Taiwan and Mainland China’s entries into the World Trade Organization (WTO) and with their rapid economic growth in the past few years, the economic investment and cooperation between them has become more frequent. Since the mid 1990s’, Taiwan’s westward investment to China has gradually become a significant force to push on a “win-win” economic development. In the past 20 years, Taiwan has focused on the development of the computing/IT industry, and it had taken steps to: make full use of high level human resource; establish a group of high-tech industries; and form a complete supply-chain management system featuring, with efficiency and flexibility, thorough integration of information technology. With a view to make the best use of enterprises’ product, technology and knowledge, effective integration and optimization of resource through global distribution has become one of the key factors to the success of international enterprises. Since cost of human resource in Taiwan grows quickly, it is important to find substitute solutions. In such cases, human resource in Mainland China has received great attention from Taiwan enterprises. When talents from the Mainland developed higher skills, Taiwan enterprises have properly adjusted the human resource utilization between Taiwan and the Mainland. At present, many Taiwan enterprises have shifted some important work to the Mainland. This benefited the latter’s economic development and improved their own competitive force. The issues of work division between the two locations and multi-group management are sure to be important concerns for Taiwan enterprises in Mainland. With research on products’ manuals, this study generally aims to: (1) Identify the issues or problems in computer enterprises; (2) Put forward possible solutions to these issues or problems, expecting to provide experience for other enterprises; and (3) Further enhance economic cooperation and cultural harmony between the two locations, and lay a solid foundation for peace.
