Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 機械工程學系 === 94 === This research in on the micro experiment , use the diamond probe of Scanning probe microscopy (SPM) to simulate a hard tor , to carry out the scratch experiment on the soft ultra high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material that is used in the total joint replacement prosthesis . Besides , we add the lubricant to change the adhesive force that is between the interface of diamond probe and UHMWPE material . By the change of adhesive force that is between the interface of diamond probe and UHMWPE material , we can discuss the influence among adhesive force and friction factor , and to revise the mathematic model of Upper bound method set up in theory .
