Selecting Flight Kitchen as research object in this report and evaluates its fire protection efficacy for further analysis of fire scenario to identify and evaluate fire risk parameters in more detail. The FDS software is utilized to simulate the fire model and probing into the variation of smoke transport and temperature response as well as the carbon monoxide concentration. Fire hazard has been analyzed in order to judge fire risk degree under the simulation situation.
