The soft drink bottle has spots or broken holes. It can not maintain the pressure of the bottle and may start to leak. For optical film chip manufactures, the frictional grains or particles may result in breakage and worsen forming process is not good. The splits or striped patterns may reduce the diaphragm dinking die size which increases the production cost. In this research, redesign of screw feeder’s seal and driving mechanism were accomplished. After changing direct current motor gear reducer into alternating current motor gear reducer, it provides a good assembly space. Because of system regulation, nitrogen is used to transport chips and solid polymerization, and to protect the reaction of solid state polymerization process. In order to conform to the improvement requirement and to coordinate related equipments, gas lubrication bearing technology is applied in association with mechanical seal. The new design seal use compression gas to create the rigidity under the small gap. It substitutes traditional mechanical seal in stopping leakage at the surface. It has the effect of non-contact type of mechanical seal. It is called Gas-Face in this study. With the improvement of the Gas-Face type mechanical seal. There is no contamination of frictional grains or particles. Rubbing of the chips in the pipeline which produces powder and the broken ester piece is greatly reduced. It also improves life span of the oil seals which stops nitrogen leakage. The new-type mechanical seal reduces dust pollution to the environment and reduces the harming of nitrogen to human body. It also significantly cut down service requirement and the maintenance expenditure.
