Career Tech as the central to research the industry global competitive arrangement and management research . The study analyzes each company their global competitive arrangement, evaluates their management result, contrasts the differences of those companies off models, and suggests that Career Tech adopt actively to developing their global competitive arrangement. . The research finding contributes to the understanding of the value activity spin off issue in flexible printed circuits industry.
