But privatization influence employee working rights,they originally official status will disappear, and the other benefits such as salary、fringe benefit and persion will be also not sure, consequently,doubts are raised concerning change. Purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between “organizational restructuring to a private organization and its sequential influence to the working attitude of remained staffs”. This research is targeted to The Cooperative Bank. By methods of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis research results from 124 effective questionnaires are listed as follows: 1. Regarding the organization’s commitments, apparent differences found from different aged staffs. 2. Regarding job satisfaction, apparent differences found from different job ranks. 3. Regarding the organization’s commitments and remained staffs’ recognition to organization’s privatization, there is significant relationship found. 4. Regarding job satisfaction and recognition to organization’s privatization: apparent relation found. 5. Regarding remained staffs’ job satisfaction and organization’s commitments to remained staffs: apparent relation found. 6. Regarding the organization’s commit: the human plans and the effectiveness of communication have significant power. 7.
