It is generally known that hiring a new executive is the easiest and common practice to drive an organizational change. Case study is the main research methods. Shin-shing High School was chosen to be the case for our study, we examine the organizational and policy changes before and after the Principle James Wei. We obtained the effect of genetic change by outstanding policy from organizational Gene Mapping which was generated by second-hand information and 3 stages policy analysis. Five major policies of the Organizational Gene Mapping are:1. Innovation - Establishment of Research & Development Center, 2. Innovation - Scholarship for advance study, 3. Follow-up - Enhancement of external cooperation, 4. Follow-up - Improvement of teachers quality, 5. Breaking - Cooperation with Aviation Industry. From the policy comparison in Organizational Gene Mapping, it shows the development of Shin-shing High School really consist with the personality of Principle Wei and also shows the applicability and practicability of genetic engineering applying in Organization theory.
