In this study, we use a monomer to stabilize the blue phase. The monomer was cured in blue phase and was assembled at the disclination line. After interfusing HDDA the range of temperature is not desirable, after interfusing TMTPA the temperature range of blue phase can expand to 23℃.If continue to polymerize under other liquid crystal phase, the polymer dose not polymerize on disclination line therefore it does not help a lot for the expansion of Blue Phase temperature range. The polymer network in ferroelectric liquid crystal can make a wide temperature range of blue phase, and the smectic phase is not affected . The Blue Phase temperature range is binded by smectic phase and isotropic phase.
