Chapter One comprises researching motives, the goals, the methods and the scope. Chapter Two introduces the concepts of patent licensing,the types,the advantages and the defects.Chapter Three discuss about the natures, the characteristics,the frameworks and the attention items of patent licensing contract. Chapter Four introduces the types,the calculations and the payment ways of royalty.Chapter Five discuss about the interaction between patent licensing and unfair competition.The related laws of Taiwan, Antitrust Guidelines for the Licensing of Intellectual Property and Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights will be introduced and discussed in this Chapter.Chapter Six is conclusion of the paper.
