In aqueous deaciddification process by alkaline carbonate is described the advantage of safety to human, cost cheaper, easy to operate, neutralizer paper pH and become buffering agent . But the drawbac were need more time to reaction and ink on paper were dissolved in water. The defect of water-base process was need more time to reaction and ink on paper dissolved in water. For improving this problems, this research developed the CaCO3 solution, which changed to spray systerm and made calcium carbonate nanoparticles to deep thorough in paper fiber. The size and shape of precipitated calcium carbonate synthesized was confirmed using scanning electron microscope and TEM. Particles size range from 2μm to 5μm. The CaCO3 solution spary on sample of acidify book and treatment with 14 days accelerating aging, result showed improvement acid degradation of paper, but It was not quite obvious improvement on color reversion and strength of paper.
