Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 技術及職業教育研究所碩士班 === 94 === The thesis firstly discusses Multi-Assessment and Control System Based on Fuzzy Theory and Control Charts-with Drawing Subject as an Example. Furthermore, the thesis investigates the practicability of the learning assessment database system that is constructed by fuzzy theory and control chart. The objects of the thesis are the first-year and second-year students of department of Advertisement and Design at National Tou-Liu School of Home Economics and Commerce. The research methods of the thesis employ the document analysis, semistructured interview, proposed learning assessment model to determine the purposes. After a student has a learning problem that is found based on the proposed learning assessment model, the thesis uses the semistructured interview to deeply understand his or her learning status and problem. Moreover, Spearman’s correlation is utilized to evaluate the difference between the monitored result of a control chart and the professional view of a teacher. Finally, the thesis designs a learning assessment database system based the proposed learning assessment model. The conclusions of the thesis are summarized as: 1. fuzzy theory can make the subjectively qualified scores transform the objectively quantified ones; 2. a control chart can be used easily by a teacher; 3. a control chart can effectively monitor a student that has a learning problem; 4. a learning assessment database system can immediately handle the learning statuses of students; 5. a learning assessment database system can permanently conserve the works of students and them are also retrieved easily.
