碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 空間設計系碩士班 === 94 === Abstract The first for Lu-Kan to communicate with Chuan-Zhou that started by navigation at Han River outfall in 1784 . Lu-Kan is develop gradually become transport center of merchandise for central Taiwan and its to conduce emigrated from Chuan-Zhou to Taiwan. And the principal original family home is come from Chuan-Zhou for Lu-Kan area of population. According to “The Original Family Home for Chinese at Lu-Kan Street Index”, the residents came from Chuan-Zhou life at Lu-Kan have over 85% population in Japanese governed periods. The result conduced that Lu-Kan area developed to depend on by residents came from Chuan-Zhou. And the influence on emigration is to influence Lu-Kan area of lifestyle, custom and build style. Many early research indicate that the influence with building of china style for Shop House. But owing to short on relative references to evidence, causes many study of Shop House in Taiwan limited that it became to a regional research. After temporal changes and develop modernization, the remaining Shop House in build style had been different to the Shop House of later stage with the Manchu Dynasty, but in the part of Shop House’s lifestyle, familial moral and custom still kept original status for application of space. Therefore, in order to understand that is the different characteristic of Shop House between Lu-Kan and Chuan-Zhou. Which the application of space can finding different for build structure. This study analyze application of space and build structure on the Street House from between Lu-Kan and Chuan-Zhou by using interview method, and then try to finding different build structure from two cultures. In addition, using different area characteristic between Lu-Kan and Chuan-Zhou to analyze and classified the Street House characteristic of space apply, flat design and build structure, and then to discus those different and to find those reasons. The results of this study include fine conclusion, and list below. 1. The classification from face width, once face width is to belong to Shop House of cottage and twice face width is to belong to Shop House of House. The Shop House in Lu-Kan main format is to belong to Street House of cottage, which the reason maybe to originate from “the viewpoint of fallen leaf will fall on root”, that viewpoint causes Shop House in Lu-Kan is to belong to lower class’s cottage. 2. Two sites of Shop House main function are living. This result shows two sites from business centre change to resident area by transport port function was finished. 3. On early business type, Lu-Kan is to belong to terminal market, while Chuan-Zhou is to belong to retail business. Therefore, the Street House in Lu-Kan must designs more the large space than Street House in Chuan-Zhou, and let it can put much commodity. 4. Because the Fu Fir is getting hardly, caused different build structure of Shop-House. In Lu-Kan, the Shop House to build have over 80% by used laying-beam system. This method of laying-beam system can increases room space and putting more things. While this method of laying-beam system had used on Chuan-Zhou too, but using ratio is in Chuan-Zhou lower than in Lu-Kan.
