Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 工業化學與災害防治研究所 === 94 === An amperometric glucose biosensor was fabricated by depositing glucose oxidase (GOD) with ferricyanide (Ferri) on interdigitated array electrodes (IDAs). Sensor strips without GOD were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV). The relation between peak current and square root of scan rate is linear and suggests a quasi-reversible electrochemistry. The modified processes of the IDAs and the related electrochemical characteristics of the modified sensors were also analyzed by CV and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The optimal operating variables of the biosensor were also investigated by chronoamperometric (CA) measurements. At an applied potential of 0.4 V, the biosensor exhibited a relatively fast response (response time < 5 s), good reproducibility and high sensitivity (0.283 嫀/mM) with a wide linear detecting range (0∼600 mg/dL) of glucose.
