| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 環境與安全工程系碩士班 === 94 === The most important job of ensuring work safety in the workplace is the safety self-inspection. In this regard, how to make the activates of the safety self-inspection more easily and more convenient executed should be discussed and improved.
Nowadays, because the computer technology is well developed, there are so many small computer systems such as handheld computers which are extensively used in daily activities. Moreover, the universal of wireless internet makes the connection between computer and human being closer more than before.
Based on the reasons above, the purpose of this study is to examine how to use the handheld computers and internet to assist the safety self-inspection.
The major results of this study are: To put the safety self-inspection online, and to use the PDA to execute safety self-inspection actions. It is expected that the safety self-inspection system will be more easily and more convenient, the workers will be motivated to do the job well, as well as the quality of the safety and health in the workplace will be improved.
