This study is devoted to turn the liquid alkali activator into powder and mix it with slag to form slag cement which keeps the property of the slag cement using liquid activator, functions exactly as cement, is called powder pure slag cement. The hazard of using the liquid alkali activator is then prevented. The key technique of manufacturing powder slag cement is the solidification of the liquid alkali activator by adding a small portion of the slag. The mechanical properties of product are controlled by the ingredients to fit the requirement of the application. Tests were conducted and the results are listed as a table for being used.
