碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 休閒運動研究所碩士班 === 94 === The Study on County Governments’ Personnel’s Recreational Sports Participation and Constraints － Instancing Yunlin County Government Abstract The primary purpose of this study was to explore the participation in the recreational sports and constraints of Yunlin County Government’s personnel. “Yunlin County Government’s Personnel’s Recreational Sports Participation and Constraints Questionnaire” was used. The questionnaire consisted of four parts: participation scale of recreational sports, constraint scale of recreational sports, personnel’s demand for recreational sports, and personal information. All together 400 questionnaires were issued. 392 questionnaires were sent back. Out of 392 questionnaires, 352 questionnaires were valid. The valid rate of questionnaires reached 89%. Afterwards, data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, explore factor analysis, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe-test, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The study results indicated that: 1. About 14.5% of Yunlin County Government’s personnel participate in recreational sports 3 times a week. 2. Yunlin County Government’s personnel with different background show significant variance in their recreational sports participation: The personnel who participated more in recreational sports were male and married, and they had longer seniority, graduated from colleges, had been athletes, and earned 60000 to 90000 per month. 3. Yunlin County Government’s personnel with different background show significant variance in their recreational sports constraints: The personnel who were easily obstructed by experiences of recreational sports were female, single, and with a Master’s degree or even higher academic degrees. 4. The ratio of Yunlin County Government’s personnel affected by experiences of recreational sports constraints was high. Consequently, there were high degrees of demand for the facilities, guidance, and scheme of recreational sports. 5. Yunlin County Government’s personnel were influenced by recreational sports constraints. As a result, there was an obvious variance in types of both participated recreational sports and expected recreational sports. Based on the results, this study proposes several suggestions for the central authorities, Yunlin County Government, personnel of County Governments, and expects to do some good on the recreational life of Yunlin County Government’s personnel in the future.
