Among different electronic fuel injection system, the solenoid-actuated fuel injection value is perhaps the most widely used one in vehicles. However, there are still a lot of difficulties in the analysis and calculation of its static and dynamic response. The performance requirement of the fuel injection valve is gradually becoming an important issue as a result of the established environmental protection laws in recent years. In the future, therefore, the new piezoelectric fuel injection valve is expected to replace solenoid-actuated fuel injection valve in automobile industry. The purposes of this thesis are to study and improve the solenoid-actuated fuel injection valve as well as to design and analysis the piezoelectric actuator combing displacement amplifier for fuel injection valve. The research approaches include that we use finite element analysis method to analyze static response for solenoid-actuated fuel injection valve and to propose the simplified dynamic response equation via using an equivalent motor model simulation. According to both the simulation and experimental results, the performances are successfully improved. Furthermore, we testify the performance of the piezoelectric actuator combing displacement amplifier and propose the possible application to the fuel injection system in the future. none 任志強 2006 學位論文 ; thesis 70 zh-TW
