Summary: | 碩士 === 國立雲林科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 94 === The velocity and dynamic nature of the global environment, in terms of the progress of the industry, has driven a serious damage and brought exhaustive resources in our Earth environment. The disaster resistant is a key issue and in urgent need of a resolved problem. For the present years, many groups, academic organizations and the government contrbuite the researches to improve the ability of disaster resistant. Furtermore, the the ability of disaster resistant has four steps which are mitigation and preparedness before the disaster, response in the disaster, and recovery after the disaster. When the disaster happens, the four steps can conduct the residents of the community to deal with the disaster by themselves without the assistance of the government.
In addition, the government gives impetuses to disaster resistant wich are the propaganda before the disaster, the manpower and resources in the disaster, and the succors after the disaster. Those resouces are dispersed the different places or presented in different forms, even though there is no unified process of the disaster resistant for the community. Therefore, we need a integrated and structural framework to construct the process of the disaster resistant.
This study bases on task ontology, then provoides a framework about structuring task knowledge. This study has three phases and five steps. The first phase is verbal analysis that surveys the disaster resistant community and descripts the vocabularies about the processes of disaster resistant community. The second phase is conceptual analysis that model the the processes of disaster resistant community by using IDEF0 and Petri net. Furthmore, to inspect and analyze the model, this study uses triangulation and the analysis of Petri net. The third phase is formal analysis that transforms the model into extensible markup language, PNML.
