At first , this research searched and collected some regarding theories and analyzed the literature on the subject. It is the foundation of the study and the research tool of questionnaire as well. This research use the Chinese version of SPSS10.0 and Amos 5.0 to build a concerning form of “Self-Directed Learning, Innovativeness, and Knowledge-Sharing of the non-information teachers”, and proceed to run the route examining. The objects are 300 non-information teachers in Yunlin County. Through statistic analysis, it comes to a conclusion as follows: The constant variables selected in the research are of notable factor load. That is also the appropriate measurement index. As to the construction form, the research verifies every connected element of the relations of Self-Directed Learning, Innovativeness, and Knowledge-Sharing and explains how the connected elements influence teachers to Knowledge-Sharing. There are 7 routes of the hypothesis in the form. There are coincidences between the hypotheses and the concerned study of scholars in the past. Also, there are 6 routes of hypothesis are supported. The learning motivation is not notable in the influence of Innovativeness. However, learning with interests, individual learning, learning motivation, and Innovativeness bring the multiply effects on the willing of knowledge sharing.
